Cancellation Policy
At Mocean Aesthetics, we understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, to provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Requirement
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to provide notice, a 30% no-show fee will be charged to your account.
